TO OPEN OUR BED
Our Panel Foot bed is designed so that it can only be opened when the panel foot is lifted. This is an added safety feature to prevent people who are unfamiliar with the bed from opening it. To open the bed you simply lift the panel leg which releases the latch. Grab hold and pull. Once the bed is partially opened the slow release piston lift system takes over and the bed will slowly float to the floor.
TO OPEN OTHER BRAND BEDS
Some beds come with two support feet that hold up the mattress platform and are opened individually.
OR
You pull the handles to open the bed. No Latch and no adjustable mechanism to ensure the bed closes tight against the cabinet top.

UNDER THE MATTRESS
There is 100 linear feet of internal support struts for added strength to your mattress platform so it can withstand a heavy load and not sag. This beam support system also keeps the mattress elevated to allow for air to flow around it for a healthier sleep climate, and to prevent mildew from occuring.
UNDER OTHER BRAND MATTRESSES
Apply a faster and less expensive method of construction using only pocket bores to hold the framework together. The mattress sits on top of a flat board not allowing for air flow.

OUR SINGLE PANEL
MATTRESS SUPPORT LEG
Support leg spans the width of the bed and fully supports the mattress platform when the bed is open. It is underneath the bed, which allows you to easily walk around it. This design allows the platform to withstand a heavy load.

OTHERS BRANDS HAVE TWO LEGS
half the bed rests on either two hinged wood feet or two metal feet that you open individually

OUR CABINETS FOUNDATION
comes with a complete framed base structure to ensure that your bed installs squarely, and stays in place after years of opening and closing it.

OTHER BRANDS CABINET BASE
are built with only a decorative front board that goes between the bed sides. Some brands skip the base completely, leaving a gap where dust and debris can get underneath your bed.

BOLT SYSTEM
Our beds go together with bolts, making them the easiest in the industry to assemble. It is designed with a bolt-and-nut system. Once assembled, this bolt system can never be pulled apart.
It can be assembled and disassembled hundreds of times over a lifetime of use and can be moved should you change homes. Because of this design, if you no longer need your bed, it can be handed down to others and should never end up in a landfill.
OTHER BRANDS USE A CAM LOCK SYSTEM
Other brands are assembled with a cam-lock system, which is not as secure. They can come apart if the bed is improperly moved. Disassembly and reassembly can be problematic.

MECHANISM
Our own exclusive solid steel solo mechanism precisely controls the pivot point to ensure the bed works perfectly every time. It utilizes a safe, slow-release piston lift system.
MECHANISM OTHER BRANDS
They may also utilize a safe piston lift system, but they are not our slow-release system
or a spring system where you adjust the bed's lift by adding or removing coil springs.
